No Refunds Policy

1 All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any products or downloads purchased on our online store.

2 All event registrations and tickets purchased through the Loto Wellness website or Eventbrite are also non-refundable.

3 In the event that you receive a damaged or defective product sold through the Loto Wellness boutique, please contact our customer support team within 10 days of receiving your order. We will provide assistance in resolving the issue, which may include offering a replacement product or a store credit, at our discretion.
