Envision the plans God has for your life through this Springtime Renewal vision board workshop hosted by Loto Wellness Collective. This workshop is designed for those seeking to envision God's divine plan for their lives, aligning their aspirations with His purpose.
Guided by an experienced somatic healer, participants will engage with the Lord in a series of spiritual practices aimed at attuning to God while creating safety in their bodies. Throughout the workshop, guests will be guided through breath prayers and reflective journal prompts, inviting them to explore their God-given desires and aspirations. By tapping into the wisdom of Scripture and the power of prayer, participants will be encouraged to discern God's guidance and wisdom for their journey ahead.
Central to the workshop is the creation of a vision board—a tangible representation of each participant's aspirations, values, and priorities. Using printed photos and images from magazines, attendees will craft the start of a vision board that reflect who God calls them to be and what they aspire to cultivate in their lives, including purposeful relationships and a fulfilling lifestyle.
All necessary materials, including scissors, glue, tape, and poster boards, will be provided to facilitate the creative process. Participants are encouraged to bring their own Bibles, as well as 3+ magazines that resonate with their desired lifestyle, purpose, and/or relationships.
In this three-hour workshop, somatic and visualization techniques will be integrated to deepen participants' connection with God's vision for their lives. Through embodied practices, attendees will be empowered as co-creators of their lives, aligning themselves with God's abundant plan. It is important to note that a vision board can take many hours, even days or weeks to complete. This workshop will help guests get started on a vision board that can be completed later at home.
