Selah Online Yoga & Centering Prayer Experience

Selah (/ˈsiːlə(h)/; Biblical Hebrew: סֶלָה) is a word used 74 times in the Hebrew Bible. Its etymology and precise meaning are unknown, though various interpretations are given.

Loto Wellness Collective uses the interpreted meaning of “pause and praise” and "stop and listen”, experiencing it as a gratitude practice from our hearts to God’s.

Join the Loto Wellness Collective community in taking an intentional pause in daily life to praise God, the lover of our hearts.

A foundation of prayer is at the heart of all of our experiences. Selah online classes start with yin yoga-inspired poses as postures of prayer, that are long-held and focus on the energetic and emotional layers of the body. This practice is well-suited for the online environment. Beginners and advanced practitioners alike will appreciate the intentionally slow and long-held poses in stillness.

From there, the experience moves into various forms of breathwork, meditation, and centering & contemplative prayer. These online weekly events are designed to engage guests in spiritual discipline practices that connect our minds, bodies, and souls to the heart of Jesus.
